Stage 4: Try Sailing
This is the Galway Stopover Volvo Ocean Race Legacy Initiative, where students will have the opportunity to connect with local sailing clubs and associations linked with the programme in order to ‘try sailing’ and also to develop their interest in working for the marine industry in the future as a merchant marine, navy officer, ship broker etc.
